This is our 4th time staying here at Shadow Palm. We came for our honeymoon in 2019 and we have been lucky enough to take our anniversary trip back here every year. We love it here the little villas give you that privacy you want on a special trip but they are also close to everything we may need which is perfect. Communication with the owners is always good and they are very helpful/friendly which just makes it that much easier for us to want to come back.
Clean and great location. We stayed in Shadow Palm Villa 1 and had the best time. We enjoyed the large pool and it even had covered cabanas for shade. We enjoyed the covered grill area. The landscaping was relaxing with plenty of palm trees. The owners Chris and Jacenda were nice and helpful. We enjoyed driving a golf cart to the beach and all around town. We will definitely be back.
I don’t want to give a great review, because then more people will stay here and make it more difficult to book... but it’s so great here! Well updated, nice bathroom, comfy bed, and great environment overall! It’s quiet, feels secluded, and has great sense of privacy (which is a priority for me. This place is a steal and I would definitely book here again! Enjoy sitting outside with your beverage listening to the wind blow through the palm trees.
If I could give it six stars, I would! Of all the many years we have visited Port Aransas, this is by far been the best stay! The location is perfect, the villas are clean and well stocked, and I love the landscaping and the pool! It seems like it’s the largest pool on the island, but I wouldn’t know. It’s seriously like home away from home except we are at the beach! Highly recommend for families, couples, or girls trip!
This place is outstanding. Everything you need is provided for you but clothing and groceries. Super clean and well kept. The entire 8 cabin resort is surrounded on three sides with an 8–9 privacy fence. Our accommodations were great. Perfectly located between the beach and the commerce part of town. I think I like the patio area of the pool best. Two very nice grills are provided for guests. Whether you are looking for a couples vacation or a nice family outing, Shadow Palms is the place to book.
This place is a real hidden gem! Jacenda and Chris are so welcoming and really go above and beyond. The villa is spacious and has a full kitchen with pretty much everything you need. There’s no direct beach access, but there is a beach entrance down the street. We love coming to Port Aransas and staying here!
What a great great place to stay. I will definitely be staying here again but next time with more family. They have everything you need when your wanting to cook on vacation. Saw the owners a couple times they were the sweetest made us feel right at home. Stayed in Villa 1 it’s beautiful inside and out wow. 🤩
